Are all jewelry in real 14k gold?
Yes, all jewelry that we offer for sale are set in real solid 14K gold. The markings for 14k are usually stamped on pendant bails or clasps. We try our best to show you those markings in our photographs. Sometimes the number 585 is marked instead. 585 means 14K gold. All 14k gold is 58.5% pure gold, and pieces made in European countries might be stamped with 585 rather than 14K.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items. There are no store credits or exchanges. To qualify for a refund, ALL ITEMS must be in their original, re-salable conditions, with attached tags and original packaging. Buyers pay shipping on all returned items and we are not responsible on any packages lost in transit. We reserve the right not to accept items that have been tempered with, we will return such items to you.

Do you charge sales tax?
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. Our tax rate is 9.5%. All orders outside of CA will not be charged sales tax.

Do you accept international orders?
No. PR Jewelry only accept orders from US addresses (including PO Boxes) and APO/FPO addresses.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a soft cloth pouch or lined jewelry box in a way so that your jewelry do not touch one another (to avoid scratching). They should not come in contact with cosmetics, hairspray, perfume or any other harsh chemical. Jewelry should be the last item to put on when dressing and the first item to take off at the end of the day. Please remove your jewelry when cleaning the home or using chemicals, swimming, bathing and sleeping. Wipe jewelry with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Do not soak in water or using abrasive cleaners. Avoid exposing jewelry to extreme cold or heat temperature one right after the other.

What is your payment policy?
PR Jewelry accepts any major credit cards through Paypal or Google Checkout. If you are using Paypal, it will prompt you to log in for payment after you placed your order. If you do not have a Paypal account, make sure you select to pay by credit card option on the left hand side of the page.

Are all your items in stock?
Yes, all of them are in stock. For unusual pieces, there might only be only one in stock.

Do I need a Paypal account in order to purchase from you?
No, you do not need a Paypal account. PR Jewelry accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover) through Paypal or Google Checkout. After you complete the payment, Paypal may ask you to save your information in an account for future purchases. However, signing up for a PayPal account is optional, and you are not required to open an account with them.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping amount is displayed next to the each product pictures. Combined shipping is calculated automatically if you are purchasing multiple items. Postage is depended on the total purchase price, not weight based.

Are all shipments insured?
Yes, insurance is included in the shipping cost. All items are insured with a third party provider. If the item is damaged or lost, PR Jewelry will refund the full amount including shipping charges.

What if I have a question about a particular item?
You may click on "Ask Seller a Question" link provided in each product listing for any type of questions. All inquiries will be answered within 1 business day.

How do I file a lost/damage claim?
Please email us at prjewelry@hotmail.com if you need to file a lost or damage claim. In order to receive a refund, we will ask you to sign a claim form. You will be asked to provide damage descriptions and photographs as proof. Damage claim can be filed immediately. For lost claims, a 21-days wait is required.

How often do you ship?
We ship within 1-2 business day once payment is cleared. We ship using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.
